Team Five and Six

A team of eleven girls from Years five and six represented Loughborough Primary School at the Girls’ United Football Tournament.

A team of eleven girls from Years five and six represented Loughborough Primary School at the Girls’ United Football Tournament, held at Dulwich College, on Thursday 10th October. The tournament fielded teams from across the borough of Lambeth and the format of the day was a round robin; this means that all the teams play each other. The girls played gallantly, improving in skills and confidence, as the tournament progressed. The team played nine games in all: winning two, drawing two and losing five. Our captain, Aaliyah, was chosen as our Most Valued Player, as she played all nine games and led the team extremely well, despite some of the results. Well played Loughborough
